September 21, 2007—Companies using one or several different types of video systems for surveillance and security can now manage all their systems and configure wall displays efficiently from a single integrated control center, thanks to a new system from ARINC Incorporated.
ARINC Incorporated has introduced the AIM Integrated Video Management System (IVMS), a powerful digital IP video management tool that brings enhanced display and analysis capabilities to new or legacy video systems, according to the company.
The IVMS adds to the overall command and control capabilities for mission-critical facilities by displaying event driven video unique to each facility’s requirements.
“The IVMS is a true breakthrough for enhanced situational awareness,” stated Frank Koren, ARINC Business Development Manager. “Many enterprises have a need for unique video configurations. Now they can keep their existing video platforms while enhancing their value with multiple-stream wall displays, automated pre-event reviews, and tools for simplified analysis, storage, and forwarding. Legacy video infrastructures are no longer a roadblock to robust modern video capabilities.”
